Neither location has a receptionist on site, so the phone numbers are the direct line for each shop: 323-739-0382 for Eagle Rock and 323-741-0024 for Silver Lake. Cut and Style is the standard first appointment for new clients, whatever the hair length. New chemical service clients are strongly encouraged to book a short complimentary consultation first. Color prices vary with hair density and length, the amount of product and the techniques used, and the final price is set at consultation and charged at the end of the visit.

Parking differs by location. Eagle Rock has no private lot, but the streets around it have plenty of free spaces. Silver Lake has no lot or valet, and nearby street parking is either metered at roughly $0.25 an hour or limited free spots that can be a long walk.
