The studio sits on Larkin Street in San Francisco and keeps short weekday hours, open Wednesday and Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm and Friday from 10 am to 2 pm. It is closed Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday, so clients should plan visits around those days.

Lash services make up much of the menu. A full set is applied as one to ten or more extensions on each natural lash in a fan shape and takes around two and a half hours or longer. Fill appointments are for clients with extensions already in place, and a fill qualifies when at least 40% of the original extensions remain; the studio advises booking the next visit two to three weeks later. Clients whose extensions were done by another technician can book a foreign fill for a small fee, which helps the new set hold and keep its style. Removal takes about 30 minutes.

Permanent makeup is offered as PMU Ombré Brows, a semi-permanent brow shading method that places fine pigment dots into the skin. The appointment runs about two hours or more. Results are described as lasting roughly one to three years, with a touch-up advised six to eight weeks after the first session. Lighter shades, or not following the aftercare instructions, may call for more touch-ups. The studio describes this procedure as one of the most popular cosmetic treatments it offers.

Booty Lift Packages are a non-surgical injection treatment for the buttocks, priced at $390. The method uses the client's own fat cells to add volume and shape the area, with no incisions. Waxing is a separate option for hair removal using hard wax, priced at $20 for a session of about ten minutes or more.

Booking requires a deposit, which is subtracted from the total when the client arrives. The remaining balance is due at the end of the visit, and the card on file is charged at 9 pm if payment has not come through by the end of the day. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may lose their deposit and need to pay a new one to rebook. Deposits are non-refundable and sales are final. Clients are asked to share any contraindications before booking and may be asked for a doctor's note confirming they are well enough for a procedure. Client information is kept confidential.
