Payment plans are flexible, and a membership can be paused for up to 90 days.

The spa is on the ground floor of a Polk Street building, with its entrance beside the Bell Tower restaurant. Two parking garages are on the same block, and residential and metered street parking is nearby, though spaces can be harder to find after 5pm.

The menu is grouped into Lash + Brow, MedSpa treatments, Skin + Body, Waxing, Nails, and Memberships. Guest prices run higher than member prices; a full lash set, for example, is listed at $250 for guests and $200 for members. MedSpa treatments are offered in partnership with MedSpa of San Francisco, and clients complete a medical history and consent form by email before a MedSpa visit. The business says its MedSpa menu is guided by nearly 20 years of aesthetic expertise, and it says it was named Winner of SFGate's Best in The Bay 2024.

New clients arrive 15 minutes early for a short consultation. Online booking runs through the Boulevard platform for appointments, memberships, packages and gift cards. Major credit cards, debit cards, Venmo and Apple Pay are accepted.

Policies cover timing and payment. Cancellations need at least 12 hours' notice to avoid a penalty. A no-show or a missed appointment without notice carries a reservation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means rescheduling, and the reservation fee applies. Members can waive rescheduling fees up to three times a year. As a service business, La Boutique does not offer refunds, including for purchases made before or after a service.

Appointments are not booked blindly, and services are tailored to each member.
