The LED lash range uses extensions cured with a professional LED lash light, which the site describes as sustainable with a longevity of about one and a half to two months. Lash extensions are applied lash by lash by a certified Novalash artist, and the adhesive is described on the site as medical-grade. A full American volume set takes about two hours.

Facials range from a quick express treatment to deluxe versions, with options for teens, dermaplaning, a resurfacing facial with peel, and oxygen therapy. Microblading touch-ups are recommended within two to three months, with a six-month touch-up after the first session. Booking requires a membership for online scheduling, viewing and changing appointments. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, regardless of reason. Appointments missed or changed with less than 24 hours' notice carry a $50 fee, which is applied to the service charge for sessions longer than two hours.
