Fearless Hair Studio works from Suite 113 at 601-A S. New York Ave, inside Phenix Salon Suites. Services are by appointment only and walk-ins are not accepted. Appointments are offered Wednesday from 9am to noon, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 6pm. Requests outside those hours or on a day off can be arranged for an additional 30% fee.

The hair menu covers cuts, color and styling. Haircuts start at $13. Haircolor and dimensional color such as highlights start at $14, each with a complimentary blowdry. Men's color and short styles start at $48, beard services at $19, and toner or gloss refreshes at $44, with blowdry as an add-on. Deep conditioning starts at $22, scalp and neck massage at $14, and shampoo, blowdry and iron work at $8. Iron work is an add-on to color services, and K18 is offered as an add-on to another service. A consultation is available, with pricing that varies.

Waxing is $12 and an express facial is $18.

Lash extensions are booked through The Lash Dossier, a separate linked site. The listed menu includes extension removal at $25, a mini fill at $40, a classic refill at $60, a hybrid, volume or mega refill at $80, and a full set in any style at $125.

Fearless Creations, the studio's custom-made line, produces clothing, signs, keychains, bracelets and more, with pricing arranged by text or email. Custom items ship by USPS within the USA three to five days after completion, and returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Accepted payments are cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App. No booking or cancellation fees apply except to chemical services such as color, keratin and perm, which need 24 hours' notice to cancel. Cancelling inside that window, or arriving more than 15 minutes late, brings a nonrefundable $25 fee per chemical service, and a no-show is invoiced $25 per service before any future booking. Repeat no-shows are rebooked only twice without 50% prepayment of the scheduled service. Refunds are not given once a service has been provided, concerns must be raised within 48 hours of the appointment for a possible adjustment, and product purchases are final sale.
