Services cover haircuts, styling, color, highlights, conditioning, hair straightening and perms for women and men. Color work ranges from a men's color service and regrowth application to partial and full highlights with lowlights. Corrective color and keratin treatments are priced after a consultation.

Clients reserve with a credit card number, and a booking stays tentative until the salon calls or emails a confirmation. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours ahead by phone, email or text, and same-day bookings and cancellations are made by calling the salon. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and uncancelled appointments carry a 50% service charge. The salon accepts all major credit cards, and gratuity can be paid in cash or by check.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 4:30pm, and it is closed Sunday and Monday.

The salon centers on each client, with stylists building cuts and color around the individual and staying current through continuing study.
