Booking follows a few set rules. Services are by appointment only, and the salon is taking new color clients only. Appointments are offered Monday through Friday. Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours ahead. A charge of 30% of the appointment cost applies to no-shows and to non-emergency cancellations made on the day of the appointment.

Outside of color, the menu includes men's and women's cuts, bang trims, and shampoo with a blowout. Add-on treatments include a Malibu treatment and a K18 deep conditioning service, and there is waxing for the lip and brows along with brow tinting.
