Consultations are part of the booking process for some services. Clients who need to work or take calls during their visit, or who simply prefer little conversation, can book a silent appointment.

Hair services cover cuts for straight, wavy, curly and coily hair. Curly cuts are offered both as a dry cut focused on individual curl patterns and as a cut with a wash focused on hair health, followed by diffusing or blowout styling. Color options range from root touchups, glazes and toners to partial and full highlights, mini highlights at the part, custom balayage and permanent color. The studio's portfolio shows balayage, gray coverage, color correction, color blocking, blonde transformations, and bridal and formal updos.

Brow tinting uses specialized tint products. Facial waxing is booked one area at a time, so a brow, lip and chin each need their own appointment. A Brazilian blowout smoothing service is also offered, which takes about three hours and requires a $50 deposit from new clients.

The studio is open Tuesday from noon to 4 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from noon to 9 PM, and Friday from noon to 7 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled. Payments are accepted, and in-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
