Skin work is the core of the studio. Facials use Dermalogica products and treatments and range from a 30-minute express facial to a 120-minute session for two people side by side. The Signature Facial with Rachel is a 45-minute treatment with double cleansing, professional exfoliation, extractions and a customized masque, and The Perfect Facial is a 60-minute advanced treatment that adds physical and chemical exfoliation and includes brow waxing. Add-ons include LED light therapy, galvanic current, Ice Globes and a Cooling Contour Masque. Chemical peels, Teen Facials with extractions when needed, and blackhead removal are also offered.

Microneedling is done with the ProPen device, which makes small punctures in the skin and is also offered for scar revision. NanoInfusion with ProPen works serums and vitamins into the skin in a 60-minute session. Exosome microneedling is a 90-minute service that requires a $150 deposit. Permanent makeup, including microblading, powder brows, nano brows, lip blushing and eyeliner tattoos, is available with a 7-week touch-up for some services, and that touch-up can only be booked after an initial brow or lip appointment at this studio or Perfect Image.

Other services include brow waxing, tinting and lamination, lash tinting and lifting, makeup application for events and bridal, special effects and Halloween makeup and body painting, teeth whitening, electrolysis in 15- and 30-minute sessions, and waxing for the face and underarms. Consultations are complimentary and help clients choose among service options, and first-time electrolysis clients are asked to book one. Packages and memberships include buy-three-get-one-free offers on several facials, peels, microneedling and brow services, and a monthly basic facial plus brow wax membership.

Booking policies: a 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment or to no-shows, and deposits of $20 to $150 are required for many services and charged to new clients for several of them. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, can be emailed with an optional delivery date, and are final sale.

Skin treatments are built on Dermalogica products and methods, with facials adjusted through customized masques and add-ons.
