The studio's view is that skin is individual and should not be treated with one standard routine. Each visit begins with an in-depth consultation, and both the in-studio treatment and the at-home regimen are built around the client. Facial treatments and home care prescriptions draw on current skincare science for concerns ranging from acne to age-related changes.

The Skincare Treatments group centers on facials and microneedling. The H2Glow Facial comes in a 45-minute Express version and a 90-minute Deluxe version, and both use nutrient-rich serums to cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate. Signature Facials are customized, combining advanced modalities with professional products, and a Clarifying Facial is aimed at oily, congested or blemish-prone skin. Microneedling with growth factors and LED is offered as a single session or in packages of three or six, and is used for scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, large pores, and overall tone and texture.

The Waxing, Etc. menu covers waxing for brows, the lip or chin, cheeks, sideburns and ears, plus brow and lash tinting. Waxing is ruled out for anyone on skin-thinning treatments, for example Retin A, Accutane or Differin, or other formulas with a similar effect. Cancelling or missing an appointment without 24 hours' notice means being charged the full cost of the services booked.

Treatments and home care are customized for each client, starting with a consultation and drawing on current skincare science.
