Each appointment is set up as a personalized visit. Treatments are customized to the client, with attention to precision and to results that look natural.

The menu is organized around brows, which make up the largest group: shaping, waxing, tweezing, tinting, staining, lamination and lightening, many of them combined into packages. Brow add-ons such as a jelly mask after waxing and Brow Rehab, which is intended to support fuller, stronger brow growth, can be added on. Upper lip and upper-and-under lip waxing are also offered.

Lash services include lash lifts, which lift and curl natural lashes in a semi-permanent treatment, along with tints and a lift-and-tint combination. The skin menu covers a range of facials, from a classic facial and deep pore cleanse to dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and a hydrating facial. A chemical peel is available to returning clients only, and requires approval before booking.

The Academy teaches eyebrow work to beginners and experienced artists alike. Training is hands-on and covers mapping, lamination and building a business, using the Merli Method, and is delivered one-to-one. The studio describes the training as a way to build technique, confidence and precision.

Treatments are customized and aim to enhance natural features in a balanced way.
