The business was founded by Nancy Belisle Tozier, who began Faces From Nature Skincare in 2006. Physician's Faces From Nature was launched in 2020, the same year the spa opened its flagship store in Exeter. Skincare is sold in the store and online through the shop, and products can also be shipped. Clients can also buy products during a 15-minute skincare shopping appointment or a consultation.

The facial menu runs from $40 to $145 and includes options for teen and adult acne, prevention for people 30 and older, anti-aging, sun damage, hydration and elasticity, lymphatic drainage, back facials, and a dermaplaning facial. The First Facial With Us is priced by consultation. The Signature Volume Renewal is a GLP-1 skin firming treatment that combines E-Light therapy with a Volume Peptide treatment and a take-home Volume Serum. It is listed at $315 for the face only and $349 for the face and neck, per treatment, and the spa suggests three to four treatments, about four weeks apart.

The spa also offers cryolipolysis, a non-surgical body contouring treatment for small pockets of fat that is not meant for weight loss. The site states the device is FDA-cleared for several body areas, including the abdomen, thighs, arms and flanks, and that targeted tissue is cooled for roughly 35 to 60 minutes depending on the device and area. Lash extensions are offered in Classic, Hybrid, Angel, Wet and Volume styles, along with fills, full sets and removal, and the spa does not do foreign lash fills or work over another artist's extensions. Manicures and pedicures, including Dazzle Dry polish, are also on the menu.

Appointments are booked online through Vagaro or by calling 603-686-5168; the spa asks clients not to cancel by email. Facial services need 48 hours' notice for cancellation, and brow and waxing cancellations should be made more than 48 hours ahead. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may prevent a client from booking further appointments.

The spa focuses on helping the skin repair itself with peptides, rather than relying on repeated exfoliation or injury to the skin.
