The spa is open by appointment only, seven days a week. The front door stays locked, so clients knock, call or text on arrival. Free parking is available in the back lot. Guests are asked to remove their shoes, keep phones on silent and leave outside food and drink at the door, though water in a closed container is allowed. A complimentary refreshment bar offers water, coffee, tea and seasonal drinks, and sanitized spa slides are provided. Children are only welcome when receiving a scheduled service, and pets are not permitted, though trained service animals are.

Skin care treatments include customized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, high frequency, body treatments, HydraFacial and DMK Enzyme Treatment. The spa's signature booking menu includes the Jelly Belly for mamas, a customized back treatment, the HoneyBun Booty Facial, a salt body scrub, the Vajacial and a microdermabrasion back treatment, all starting at the prices listed on the booking site. Waxing covers the face and body, and brow and lash services include lamination, tinting, waxing, lash extension sets and lash lifts. Pricing is shared before each service, and the full menu with current prices is on the booking site.

Clients complete online forms before their visit. Chemical peels, DMK, dermaplaning and HydraFacial require consent forms, and waxing, brows and lashes require a consultation form. Booking requires a valid credit or debit card on file, though it is not charged at the visit unless a fee applies. Cancelling, rescheduling or missing an appointment with less than 24 hours notice carries a fee of half the service total, and arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show. Completed services are final, and any concern about a service must be raised within 48 hours. The spa says its values centre on inclusivity, education and intentional client care.

Staff take time to learn each client's goals and suggest services with long-term skin health in mind.
