The salon says client satisfaction is its top priority and describes its stylists as highly skilled. A founder's note explains that the salon was set up to feel different from a typical salon visit. Stylists aim to find a way of wearing hair that fits each client's everyday life.

Color is a major part of the menu. Specialty color includes a consultation, a gloss and the salon's Moda signature style, and partial and full versions are offered. Corrective color and custom extensions both begin with a consultation. Face frame foil adds foils around the hairline. A mini foil pack places seven to ten foils to touch up balayage in about an hour, and a toner is available as an all-over treatment to counter unwanted tones. Custom cuts include the signature style, and extreme transformation cuts need a longer booking. Both cut types are booked with the salon's cutting specialist.

In-salon treatments can be added to services. The K18 Molecular Repair Treatment is an intensive treatment that can be added to any service for extra moisture. The Kérastase Fusio-Dose Custom Treatment is personalized: the stylist chooses a concentrate and booster for concerns such as dryness, damage, frizz or dullness. Emerging stylists offer services at a discounted rate, and they are booked by calling the front desk rather than online.

The aesthetics menu, listed by the salon as Moda Aesthetics, includes Moda Signature, Glow and Hydrafacial treatments, a Spa Hydrafacial, acne, pigment and anti-aging or brightening peels, dermaplaning with a treatment mask, microneedling, waxing, lash lifts and tints, and brow lamination. Esthetics services are listed separately under the name Esthetics by Taylor.

Policies: service adjustments are free if requested within seven days. Retail purchases can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if unsatisfactory. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; later changes are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and same-day changes or no-shows are charged 100%. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve, and the late policy is 15 minutes. Gift cards can be bought on the website.

The salon puts client satisfaction first, and stylists work with each client to settle on a way of wearing hair that suits their lifestyle.
