The nail menu covers regular and Russian manicures, gel and hard gel options, and Gel X and hard gel extensions. The Russian manicure uses an electronic file rather than water soaks, and most of its roughly two-hour process goes to cuticle care. Pedicures range from dry, e-file based smart pedicures to KART pedicures, which use KART products to remove dead skin and soften calluses. A 4 hands option has one nail technician and one pedicure technician working at the same time; it is booked by phone and has no listed price.

Lash services include tints, lifts, lash lift and tint, and several extension sets from express fans to mega volume. Extensions are made in-house from a fiber the salon describes as hypoallergenic, and the salon says it developed its own lashes after testing other suppliers. Extensions typically last about three to four weeks with maintenance. Clients are asked to arrive with clean eyes and no eye makeup; removal can be done at the start of a visit but may shorten the service time.

Brow services include shaping with waxing or tweezing, tinting, shape and tint together, and lamination that smooths and reshapes brow hairs for several weeks. Most services can be booked online. Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice are free, changes 12 to 24 hours ahead are charged half the service, and cancellations under 12 hours or same-day are charged in full. The salon offers a guarantee on every service and will make right anything that is not satisfactory. Gift certificates are sold online in any amount.

The salon is pet-friendly for well-behaved animals and offers them treats. Clients can use neck and shoulder massagers during services and are offered complimentary drinks such as tea or champagne.
