Every appointment begins with a consultation that is included in the booking price, where the artist maps a shape to the client's eyes. Clients book a specific artist who handles their consultation, sets and fills, and online booking through Square shows real-time availability for both artists. Clients can see the same artist on every visit. Payment is taken through Square by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with no memberships, monthly charges or contracts. The studio says its published price list shows every charge.

Eyelash extensions come in three styles. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash. Hybrid sets are roughly half classic singles and half handmade volume fans. Volume sets use a fan of three to six fine extensions on each natural lash, applied with the Russian volume technique. A classic full set takes about 2 hours 15 minutes, a hybrid set about 2 hours 30 minutes and a volume set about 3 hours 20 minutes. Fills are booked every 14 to 28 days and run 65 to 120 minutes. Full sets start at $150 classic, $185 hybrid and $220 volume with Samantha, and at $200, $250 and $300 with Anastasiia. Fills start at $90, $105 and $115 with Samantha, and at $110, $135 and $150 with Anastasiia.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers a keratin lash lift that curls and lifts natural lashes with no extensions, lasting about six to eight weeks, from $115. Brow lamination, brow tint, lash tint, waxing and threading are also available, and a lash and brow bundle combines a lash lift, brow lamination and tint in one visit for $250, which the business says saves $30 against booking them separately. Brides often add the bundle. Bridal sets are volume or hybrid, with a trial set recommended two to four weeks before the wedding and the final set three to five days before. Clients transferring a set from another studio pay a $25 fee added to the first fill, for checking and correcting the existing set.

Services are offered in English, Ukrainian and Russian with Anastasiia, and in English and Spanish with Samantha, with Spanish available at the studio.

Volume fans are built by hand in the chair rather than pre-made, and each set is shaped to the client's eyes. The studio says it does not push services a client's lashes do not need.
