For nail enhancements, the builder gel manicure uses a dry manicure, then thin layers of builder gel on the natural nail, filed to shape and finished with gel polish. It starts at $70 and usually takes about 105 minutes or more. Gel X extensions use full-coverage tips set with gel adhesive and cured under a lamp, and the site says they can last up to three weeks depending on lifestyle; they start at $75, about 70 minutes or more. Acrylic extensions, from extra short to extra long (XXL is excluded), are built from tips and acrylic, and a fill is recommended after up to three weeks. They start at $65, about 75 minutes or more.

Other services include spa pedicures in regular or gel polish, starting at $8 and about 10 minutes or more; polish changes with soak-off, filing and new polish, starting at $20; and custom nail art added to a full set or fill, starting at $5. Freestyle and hand-painted designs are available, including designs based on a client's logo. Removal of enhancements, including work done elsewhere, starts at $10 and includes a trim, file and buff when no other service is booked. Nail repair for a broken nail takes about 25 minutes.

New clients booking for the first time leave a $20 deposit, which is credited toward their service. That deposit is kept if a visit is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, or if the client arrives more than 10 minutes late. A late arrival of more than 10 minutes may also incur a $10 fee, unless the delay was arranged beforehand. Changes or cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead avoid charges; a cancellation made inside that window can add a further $20. A missed appointment is charged 50% of the booked service total. Nail technicians decide when fees apply. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is required before the appointment.
