Each service lists its appointment length, from 15 minutes for a chin wax to one hour and 15 minutes for the full body package. The Deluxe Brazilian adds a stomach strip, high leg, inner thigh and lower buttocks to a full Brazilian, while the bikini wax covers only the hair outside the panty line and does not include the labia or the area between the cheeks. The full body session combines a full Brazilian with a half arm, half leg, underarms and a stomach strip.

A $25 deposit secures each appointment and is credited to the total, and the remaining balance is paid by card, tap or cash on arrival. Deposits, retainers, services and products are non-refundable. To keep the deposit for a future visit, clients need to cancel at least 24 hours ahead, and one reschedule is allowed with prior notice. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late pay a $15 late fee, and appointments are canceled at 15 minutes. Guests are welcome only when they are receiving a service, and children need advance permission from the salon. Early arrivals wait in the designated area until greeted.
