New skincare clients are asked to book either the Discovery Facial or the Get Glowing Facial, since both begin with a consultation. The consultation looks at skin concerns, lifestyle and medical history before a treatment plan is set. The Discovery Facial is a 30-minute skin analysis covering current treatments, routines and lifestyle, and it can be done in person or virtually. Clients arrive with a clean face and no makeup.

Facial menus run from the Discovery Facial through the Glow Up Facial, which uses microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, enzyme exfoliation, LED and microcurrent, up to a 90-minute luxury rejuvenation facial that layers microcurrent, microneedling, radio frequency and LED with a gold sheet treatment and custom mask. Chemical peels are reserved for returning clients who are on a skincare plan and using home care products, and peel clients sign a form and send pre and post care instructions by email. Body contour treatments use ultrasonic cavitation and radio frequency, are listed as noninvasive with no downtime, and come with written pre-treatment guidance on food, drink and exercise.

The business also sells its own skincare systems and a set of wellness supplements, and it offers an online course called Your Trusted Esthetician for other estheticians.
