Aubree Hill founded the salon after years as a stylist, moving into Great Lengths extensions and advanced hair replacement. Extension clients are invited to book a consultation for personalized advice, and the Creations offering covers product recommendations and instruction on how to use them, guidance on the best length, color and overall look, a timeline toward a desired hair goal, and help finding another stylist if needed. Extensions include volumizing pieces that add body without adding length, lengthening pieces that add 1 to 4 inches, and full lengthening pieces for those who want several extra inches.

New color guests book a Midi or Full Custom Color after a required virtual consultation. The first color appointment includes a outline of maintenance for the year and a cost projection, and a haircut before that first visit is recommended. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, with special hours available on request.
