The studio's custom wigs can be made in eight textures and in lengths from 14 to 40 inches, in three sizes with an adjustable wig cap. Lengths over 30 inches come only in straight or body wave. A custom color can be added to a custom wig. Ready-to-wear wigs are also sold, ready to wear straight out of the package.
Custom orders need to be confirmed with the owner before any work begins. Custom orders are non-refundable and final sale. The shop page also says special orders can be obtained within 30 hours.
Beyond wigs, the studio offers braids, including children's braids, along with color, cuts, installation methods such as K-Tip, silk press styling, and takedown shampoo with deep conditioning. Wig restoration and customized wigs made through a third-party manufacturer or vendor are also available. A one-hour consultation is offered for planning a service.
The studio also sells hair products: bundles, frontals, closures and bundle packs. Frontals and closures come in HD lace in 5x5 and 13x4 sizes. Bundle packs with a closure or frontal are listed from $220 to $320, and Indian raw bundles in loose, body, deep and natural wave are listed from $22.
