In-person hair services take place by confirmed appointment on weekdays during scheduled New York service weeks, which come up roughly every six weeks. Non-VIP guests submit an appointment request that is not a confirmed booking. Every service starts with a consultation or the 90-minute Income Reset Intensive. Hair spa packages include a professional cleanse, customized hair therapy and a finished style, and packages with a Precision Haircut add a custom cut.
The business side covers mentorship tracks for cosmetology students and emerging professionals and for established stylists and salon owners. Sessions are virtual and range from a single session to a four-week program. Virtual consultations are available by request on hair, clean beauty, business strategy or salon transformation. Books and digital resources are also sold.
