Bridal hair is booked as a reservation, and each look is planned around the client's overall vision. Reservations are also used to book other salon services.

Hair care guidance is offered through Nie, the Hair Care Guide, with one-on-one sessions for clients who keep their natural hair or add extensions.

Orders are processed and verified before shipment, which takes 48 to 72 business hours and excludes weekends and major U.S. holidays. Shipping then takes 7 to 14 business days, and a signature may be required on delivery. All sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted on extensions, closures, frontals or custom units. Order issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Hair may show minor variation from one piece to another in curl or wave shape and in its natural brown shade. Product prices and descriptions can be altered at any time without prior notice, and an order is only taken once the business has confirmed it.
