Brow services cover waxing and shaping, grooming with pencil fill or highlight, tinting, a basic tint with wax, and a hybrid tint and wax that the salon describes as popular with clients who want fuller, more structured brows. Brow lamination uses a chemical relaxer to soften and straighten brow hairs, and the results can last up to eight weeks.

Hair services include haircuts, trims, blow dries, color, silk presses, rodsets, twists, finger and comb coils, extensions, clip-ins, sew-ins, weave washing and take-downs, and wig services. Semi-permanent color is offered as a lighter option that contains no ammonia or peroxide and is said to last about three to six washes. Wigs can be dropped off in advance or booked for same-day service, and a haircut is required if hair has gone more than two months without one.

Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume sets, with named full sets from the Basic set up to the Queen set. Fills are available at one, two and three week intervals, and a first-time client special is offered. The Sit'n Pretty set is a cat-eye style, with shorter lashes at the inner corner, longer lashes toward the outer corner and a few short lashes at the ends. Nail services include manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, gel-X, hard gel and polygel sets, and nail repair. Waxing covers the face, brows, lips, underarms, arms, legs, back, stomach, buttocks and bikini areas, and skin services include facials, a vajacial, a high frequency treatment, and a pregnancy service.

Booking is online through the salon's booking page, and most services need a deposit, which is 50 percent for appointments. The balance can be paid by card or cash, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval. Clients have a 10-minute grace period; arriving later brings a $15 late fee and the appointment is discussed with the service provider. Changes made within 48 hours keep the deposit for a new date, while later changes need a new deposit and may be charged the full service price. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full price to the card on file. Space is limited, so extra guests and children who are not being serviced are asked not to come into the suite. Hours are Monday 11 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 11 AM to 7 PM, Thursday and Friday 11 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM.
