New color clients start with a consultation, which is listed at no charge and takes about 20 minutes, or a consultation with a test strand for $50. New clients fill out a form, bring their color history from the last two to three years and share inspiration photos. Color appointments take a $100 deposit paid on the day, which is non-refundable and goes toward the visit. New color clients are billed at an hourly rate of $110, except for a basic retouch without correction.

The menu covers a range of color. Balayage is hand painted for a soft, low-contrast look and is not suited to very dark hair when a very light result is wanted. Heavy foilyage is a bleach lightening service aimed at maximum brightness with little dimension, and it may take several sessions. Bleach N Tone applies bleach to roots up to one inch of regrowth, with an extra $50 for longer roots. Vivid refresh adds one or more fashion shades over prelightened hair, and clients without prelightened hair book a consultation first. Toner services refresh the current tone from root to end and are suggested every six to eight weeks.

Haircuts are offered for regular maintenance, and very large changes need a booked haircut transformation. Mini partial highlights cover the face-framing and hairline area with fewer than ten foils, and half head highlights are done on the top of the head only. Bang trims are offered only for bangs the salon has cut before.

Visits run on a booking-first basis. Services are not same-day, and clients should arrive on time and text ahead if running late, since arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling or a fee. Clients can eat or order in during long color sessions and can text before a visit to request a silent appointment. Children under 10 and extra guests are not allowed. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the missed time slot, and no-shows and same-day misses are charged in full, with a deposit needed before rebooking. Issues caused by the salon are fixed if reported within a week, but refunds are not given.

Color work is planned around a consultation, with new clients reviewing their color history and inspiration photos before booking.
