Bookings are made by text. New clients begin with a digital consultation requested the same way, sending a current photo taken in natural light along with one or two inspiration photos. Custom color and blonding appointments typically run 2.5 to 4 hours, while a simple gloss or a standalone haircut takes less time. Extra steps, a major color correction, or very long or thick hair are quoted personally before service begins.

Clients are asked to arrive with dry hair free of heavy styling products, gels, and root touch-up sprays. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Completed services are not refunded, and concerns are handled case by case.

Hair health is treated as the top priority, and the stylist describes a commitment to honesty and kindness with every client.
