A full service appointment includes a shampoo and conditioning treatment, a relaxing scalp massage, a blow dry and styling. Complimentary beverages are offered, and any stylist will do a complimentary consultation, with color consultations also free. Clients can park for free in the covered Gold Spot Garage behind the building. Listed prices are starting points and can shift with stylist, hair length, regrowth, density, porosity and how technically complex the service is.

The retail area carries products from several brands, including a co-branded RO5 x R+Co Bleu product. The RO5 Rewards program gives one reward for every $35 spent in a single transaction on services, treatments and retail, and rewards can be redeemed toward retail items. eGift cards are available on the website in set amounts or a custom amount.
