Visits take place in private waxing suites. Appointments typically run 10 to 45 minutes depending on the service, and full-body sessions can take up to an hour. Body services can be combined into a single appointment. Bikini and Brazilian services can be shaped to the guest's comfort level, from a narrow line along the sides and top to a fuller front area, with an option for a butt strip on Brazilian waxing. For Brazilian work, the wax is removed without a cloth strip, and a pre-wax oil is applied first.
The menu covers bikini and Brazilian waxing, body waxing for arms, underarms, back, shoulders, chest, stomach, buttocks, legs, inner thighs, knees, hands and toes, and facial waxing for lip, chin, cheeks, nose, ears, neck, sideburns, hairline and the full face. Brow shaping is offered in round, soft angled, sharp angled, flat and S-shaped styles, and eyebrow tinting is available as a semi-permanent tint in five shades. Men can book chest, back, facial and Brazilian waxing. A combined eyebrow wax and tint bundle is listed at $37.80.
Membership passes are a large part of how the center works. Wax Passes come as Single Center, Redeem Anywhere, Unlimited, Pre-Paid and Student options, with Student offered at select centers and worth confirming with the center first. Annual Unlimited passes are sold at a flat yearly price for chosen services, and many passes never expire. Some can be used at multiple European Wax Center locations. Pass prices per visit are up to 25% below single-service rates, and guests can earn points on services and products through EWC Rewards. The site also lists a referral credit of $10 and new-guest and returning-guest bundle deals, with some offers available only in the center. The site says cancellations less than 24 hours ahead, or no-shows, may incur a fee of 50% of the service's total price.
Each visit follows the same steps: the area is cleansed, wax is applied in the direction of hair growth, removed, and then a soothing product is applied. The center uses Comfort Wax, which the site describes as suited to sensitive and delicate skin.
