Treatments take place in a clean, comfortable medical setting. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm, Wednesday until 8 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 12 pm by appointment only. The spa is closed on Sundays.

The Signature Facial takes an hour and costs $119. It begins with a skin analysis that considers skin regimen, nutrition and lifestyle, and uses custom products chosen for the client's skin type. Microdermabrasion can be added and is recommended as a series of three, and dermaplaning, which uses a sterile surgical scalpel for physical exfoliation, is also offered alongside the signature facial. Multi-session plans are available: the Brightening Facial Treatment Plan is $619 for four one-hour treatments over four weeks, the Acne Facial Treatment Plan is $839 for four one-hour treatments over four weeks, and the Anti-Aging Peel Package is $629 for three one-hour treatments over twelve weeks.

Body shaping includes radiofrequency, vacuum and infrared treatments, with a free 30-minute consultation, and Zemits Bionexis treatments for body shaping and skin tightening, which includes a lite option. CoolSculpting is offered for fat reduction; a free 15-minute consultation is available, and the cost is presented after the treatment plan is made. Injectables include Botox, Jeuveau and Xeomin, with a free 15-minute consultation, for areas such as the brow, crow's feet, forehead lines, lip lines, the jawline and a gummy smile. Medical services include E-stimulation, lipotropic B12 or C injections for weight loss support, where the initial injection is included with the consultation, and PRP therapy.

Memberships are monthly plans that run for a one-year commitment. The Signature Membership is $119 per month and includes one monthly treatment of the member's choice from a listed set of facials and peels. The Gold Membership is $349 per month and includes one monthly complimentary service from a selection that includes microneedling and a Jeuveau treatment of up to 30 units, which the business describes as high-end.
