Waxing is done with the company's own Comfort Wax, which it says is formulated for sensitive areas and for all skin types.

Afterward, hot showers, saunas, swimming and strenuous exercise are discouraged for 24 hours, and exfoliation for 48 hours. Before facial waxing, retinoids and exfoliating acids should be avoided for 48 hours. The Marketplace at El Paseo center advises first-time guests to book so the appointment includes time for a consultation.

Bikini services come as Line, Full and Brazilian, each in V and P versions, and the Full and Brazilian options can be customized to a guest's comfort level. The company says a bikini wax typically lasts three to four weeks, depending on individual hair growth.
