Each professional at Visage runs their own appointment book and business, but the group works together as a team under one roof. Stylists keep up with techniques through ongoing education.

Hair services cover women's and men's cuts, shampoo and style, special occasion styling, keratin smoothing, Brazilian Blowouts, full and partial highlights, balayage and color, along with temporary and semi-permanent hair extensions and hair replacement. On the skin side, the menu runs from a new-client visit and signature and advanced glow facials to acne clarifying, back clarifying, teen and Hydroderm facials, plus chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, microcurrent and microchanneling. Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, with fills, removal, lash lifts and lash tints. Waxing covers the face, brows, lip, chin and nose, underarms, back, Brazilian and women's bikini areas.

Booking works differently for new and existing clients. First-time guests contact the salon, which refers them to a stylist or esthetician. Existing clients book directly with their own stylist or esthetician. Most prices are not listed, so clients ask their professional for pricing; a few eyelash prices are posted. Cancellations require 48 hours' notice, and anything cancelled within 48 hours is charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Gift certificates are available on request.

Each stylist and esthetician schedules their own work and runs their own business, while the team shares one space. Ongoing education keeps the professionals current on techniques.
