Facials are customized. Before treatment, Mayra talks through a client's daily habits and complexion history, then chooses steps that fit the skin concerns the client brings in. Acne-focused work uses mild exfoliation, professional extractions and soothing agents, and the studio offers a separate new-client consultation with a first treatment for people starting acne care. Follow-up acne visits are also available, and clients are given guidance on caring for their skin between appointments.
The menu includes Dermaplane Facial, a manual exfoliation that removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair, and Nano Infusion, a needle-free treatment that uses silicone tips to move product into the skin. Hydro Glow focuses on deep hydration, and Calm & Sensitive is a gentle, hydrating facial for stressed or sensitive skin.
Waxing is the core of the business. Services run from chin and upper lip to full arms, full legs and full back, with bikini and Brazilian options. Brow and lash services include brow tinting, lash tinting, brow lamination and lash lifts.
Mayra encourages questions during appointments so clients can learn about their own skin. Before a wax, clients are asked to let hair grow to about a quarter inch, to exfoliate one to two days ahead, and to arrive with clean, dry skin. Afterward, clients are advised to skip hot baths, saunas and intense workouts for 24 hours.
Services are personalized around each client's needs, comfort, skin concerns and goals, with time spent explaining what is happening so clients can learn about their skin.
