Haircuts range from men's dry cuts and full men's cuts through women's cuts, short pixie cuts and curly cuts. Color options include a full glaze service with a semi-demi color, color with a cut and style, and dimensional or custom highlights. Blow dries are offered as a plain blow dry or as a wash and blow dry finished with a flat iron or curling iron. Texture straightening is available to existing clients, and perm pricing varies and is tailored to hair type.

Bridal work includes a bridal pretrial, an upstyle for the bride, a full bridal hairstyling package, and upstyling for bridesmaids and proms. Special-occasion styling and makeup is also offered. Wig services cover coloring, cutting and styling, and a wig wash and style is offered for human hair only.

The salon is open Monday 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 10 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. New clients pay a $100 deposit for several color, dimensional, curly cut custom color, bridal upstyle and perm services, and smaller deposits apply to certain wig, occasion and bridal services. A 50 percent deposit fee, which is non-refundable, applies to no-call, no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment.
