Prices are listed as starting amounts, such as $58 for a ladies' haircut and $355 for a full keratin treatment.

The keratin menu includes Botox for Hair, which uses an amino acid and micro-keratin formula and contains no botulinum, the Express Keratin Blowout, a Peter Coppola keratin blowout built on the brand's α-Keratin Repair System, and a Full Keratin Treatment. According to the salon, keratin treatments are applied by a Certified Stylist, and the products are free of formaldehyde, aldehydes and harsh ingredients and are not animal tested.

Appointments are booked online through Vagaro or by phone. New clients complete a New Guest Application first, and the salon replies within 48 hours. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice and cannot be made by email, a 50% non-refundable fee may be charged for cancellations, and some services that use a lot of product or long reserved time may require a non-refundable deposit. Outstanding balances must be paid before new appointments are booked.

Wedding parties of three or more may be asked for a 50% non-refundable security deposit to hold their time, and large parties and on-site styling require a wedding contract. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 8am to 4pm, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. Cash and credit are accepted, along with hands-free checkout by smartphone.
