The facial menu is broad. Quick options include a 30-minute Saddlebrook Signature Facial with cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, hydration and a Vitamin C finish, and a 25-minute Pink Palm Glow Facial. Longer treatments include a men's facial built around deep cleansing and targeted exfoliation, a microdermabrasion facial with a peptide and vitamin infusion, and the 120-minute Radiance Experience, which combines radiofrequency, nanochannel technology and a hyaluronic acid and peptide infusion. The spa describes the Radiance Experience as its most innovative facial. DermaReveal RF is a 90-minute fractional radiofrequency microneedling facial. OxiZen oxygen facials are a series, with each treatment tailored to a particular skin concern.

Body services include a Vajacial with a high-frequency finish, a backside facial called Buff Booty, a back facial with a tea tree and clay mask, a full-body scrub, and a 80-minute De Sol Body Scrub that uses Sol de Janeiro products. Radiofrequency body skin tightening, Laser Lipo, Endermologie body shaping and Microcurrent Body Lifting are offered as non-surgical contouring options, with some sold per session or as series. Waxing covers brows, underarms, backs, legs, faces and full body, and bikini and Brazilian waxing is available.

Massage options include Swedish with aromatherapy, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, hot stone, prenatal, couples in a couples suite, and restorative sole foot massage. Sport Stretch is an assisted stretching service, and a 30-minute stretch can be added to any massage of 50 minutes or more.

For expectant mothers, the Mama-to-Be Retreat combines a 50-minute prenatal massage, a 30-minute signature facial and a 30-minute unscented Epsom salt soak. Prenatal massage is offered after the first trimester, and guests are asked to check with a healthcare provider before booking the soak during pregnancy.

Practical details: guests should arrive at least 15 minutes early, and late arrivals may get a shortened service. Spa packages must be booked at least 72 hours ahead. Reservations need a valid credit card, cancellations need 48 hours notice and changes need 24 hours notice. Missed appointments without notice are charged half the treatment price. Mobile phones and cameras are not allowed in treatment rooms, locker rooms or lounges, and the spa is smoke-free. Guests 16 and older are welcome in all areas, and ID may be requested. Parties of six or more are arranged through the spa group coordinator. Custom packages are available for bridal and group events, anniversaries and birthdays, and corporate wellness, and gift cards can be purchased in any amount.
