Before a first visit, clients complete a New Client Intake Form, which takes about five minutes and covers health history and lifestyle habits. Each facial starts with an in-depth skin analysis and a conversation about concerns and goals, and the treatment is built around the client's skin. If the esthetician judges a booked service unsuitable, it is adjusted or swapped for something that fits. Clients are asked to take off jewelry and to come without makeup, since any makeup is removed at the appointment.
