Services are booked a la carte. Bridal services are arranged by calling the salon manager. A valid credit card number is required to hold any appointment. Cancellations or changes need a call at least 48 hours ahead to avoid a 50 percent service fee, and hair extension installations require a deposit when booked.

Blonding is offered in three levels. Accent blonding lightens around the hairline and face-framing pieces, partial blonding uses focused highlights around the face, crown and top sections, and full blonding adds highlights throughout the head for brightness and dimension. Gloss is not included in any of the blonding services. According to the salon's hair services page, balayage and foil work start at $150 for accent balayage with gloss, $215 for partial balayage with gloss, $240 for full balayage with gloss, $165 for partial foil and $190 for full foil.

The treatment menu includes a semi-permanent keratin smoothing service, the Brazilian Blowout, which the salon says reduces frizz and lasts approximately 12 weeks. Its listed price is $300 to $350 on the booking page and starts at $300 on the hair services page. Other treatments include an in-salon L'Oreal Powerdose to repair, strengthen, nourish and protect hair, and an R and Co Power Mix Treatment priced at $35 per treatment and mixed by the stylist after an in-salon consultation. Specialists can also suggest a home routine to support the results of in-salon work.

BeautyByJuliaB, an independently owned esthetics practice run by stylist Julia Gagnon, is located inside the salon. The salon also sells professional salon products and gift cards.
