Blonding options range from a wet balayage and Money Piece Highlights to foil and balayage services, the house Marilyn James Signature Blonde, and a five-hour Platinum Card service. Final pricing for the signature blonde depends on hair length, density and the product needed. Color correction is priced individually and requires a consultation before booking.

Extensions are a major focus. The salon offers sew-in, tape-in and I-tip methods, with extensions made from 100% Remy human hair. I-tip extensions are placed strand by strand without heat or glue. Every new extension client starts with a free consultation of about 30 minutes. Installations average two to three hours. Sew-in and tape-in hair is usually replaced or adjusted every six to eight weeks, and new extensions should not be washed within 24 hours of application.

Policies are set out clearly. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations are charged to the account. A missed appointment without notice is charged the full service price. Same-day rescheduling depends on availability. Group bookings and special events need a non-refundable deposit, and group cancellations must be made at least a week in advance. Prices are discussed before each service and may change. Gift cards can be bought through the booking page.
