Appointments are reserved by time rather than from a fixed menu, so each session can be tailored to the amount of work and time it needs. Complimentary consultations, in person or virtually, help clients choose the right session before booking, and private appointments are available for clients who want a more exclusive visit.

Listed prices are starting prices and can rise by $20 when extra time or product is needed. Extra time can also be added in 5-minute ($10), 10-minute ($18) or 15-minute ($25) blocks. First-visit sessions for new guests include extra consultation time and are priced accordingly.

Each visit includes a review of the results, any adjustments needed and a plan for maintenance, along with personalized care tips to help clients keep their color and style between appointments. The studio's Square booking profile describes its focus as low-maintenance, luxury results.
