Hair integrity is the stated first priority, and color work starts with a consultation before any color service. Prices depend on the consultation, hair density and length, and color pricing is set after that conversation. Haircut and blowdry prices vary by stylist level, from Jr. level up to Master stylist.

The color menu includes single process roots only and pulled-through color, full head foil highlights, full head ombre or balayage, partial highlights, accent highlights, shadow root or base lifts, toner and tinted gloss. Extensions include keratin fusion, tape-in and weft options, priced by consultation only.

Education is a priority for every team member. Classes for assistants and stylists are mostly held in-house, taught by the founders or by visiting industry professionals from across the country. Topics include blow-drying, advanced color and corrections, consultation skills and keratin treatments. Apprentices are trained within the salon team, and the salon is hiring hairstylists and cosmetology students.

Gift certificates can be purchased for either services or products. Paying with a major credit card adds a 3% surcharge, while Zelle and personal checks carry no charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are billed at 50% of the services booked. Adding a gratuity to a credit card payment costs an extra $1.00. Services are not refundable. The salon does not accept liability for garments, bags or jewelry that are harmed or go missing during appointments.

Day Spa Katerina is available onsite, and Star Bright Teeth Whitening is located inside the salon. The retail area carries hair care, treatment and styling products along with styling tools.
