Extensions are a major part of the work. First-time hand tied clients complete an application form, and the salon then contacts them to arrange a consultation. The salon lists a first-time investment of $900 to $2,000, which covers extension hair, seamless color, cut and styling. Hand tied clients come back for retightening every 6 to 8 weeks and replace their extensions every 4 to 8 months, sooner for an added cost if needed. Tightening and color touch-ups range from $350 to $600. Invisible bead and natural beaded rows appointments take 3 to 5 hours, and removal takes 10 to 20 minutes. Beaded rows are custom colored, cut and placed for each client and are best maintained every 6 to 10 weeks.

The salon is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 5:30pm and closed Wednesday through Sunday. Extensions can be worn in ponytails, braids and other styles, and can be swum in when secured in a tight braid. Davines products are also available to buy through the salon's shop.
