Each facial begins with a skin analysis and moves through a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, treatment serums and a mask, then finishes with a massage of the face, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Facial prices depend on treatment time rather than tiers, and there are no added charges for different tools. The Renewal Facial runs 70, 80, 90 or 120 minutes, and the Teen Facial is a 45-minute session for teens and tweens focused on extractions and clearing the skin. Professional-grade products and methods are chosen according to each client's goals.

Waxing covers the face, brows and body. Hair needs to be at least a quarter inch long, so clients are asked not to trim beforehand. Clients who take antibiotics, Accutane or retinoids are asked to mention it, since these make the skin more sensitive. The salon says clients have found its waxing among the best they have had, pointing to precision, speed and more than a decade of experience.

The studio says it uses each service as a way to connect with each individual client.
