Hair removal is the core of the menu. Threading lifts unwanted hair with a twisted cotton thread, without chemicals, wax, or heat, and results typically last three to four weeks. An eyebrow threading visit takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Waxing uses hard and soft wax formulas, and results last roughly three to six weeks depending on the area.

Facials start at $40 and run up to the HydraFacial Platinum at $350. Each facial opens with a skin analysis, then moves through cleansing, exfoliation, extraction when needed, a targeted mask and a massage. Named options include the Signature, Gold and Dermalogica facials, along with microdermabrasion. Bleach treatments start at $15 and take about 20 to 30 minutes, and each one begins with a patch consultation before application.

Brow and lash services include brow and lash tinting, brow lamination, lash lifts, and combined options. Henna and a head massage are offered as add-ons, though add-on availability varies by location, so clients should check with their chosen salon when booking. The Brow Pass is a one-time payment for unlimited eyebrow threading at the location where it was bought, with no subscription.

The Pleasanton location also rents stations to independent beauty professionals at a flat $900 a month. Rentals include WiFi, utilities, ambient music, shared hair washing stations and laundry room access, and renters set their own prices and keep what they earn with no commission split.

The salon says all three locations deliver the same standard of care.
