Nail service prices can change with length and shape. A basic manicure is $20 and a deluxe manicure is $35, while a basic pedicure is $30 (20 to 25 minutes) and a deluxe pedicure is $40 (35 to 40 minutes). The Collagen Spa, Envy Spa, Green Tea Honey and Pearl Spa pedicures are $55 each and take 40 to 60 minutes. The Volcano pedicure is $60 and the PAMPER-MIE pedicure is $75. Extra massage time is available in 10-minute ($20) and 30-minute ($45) lengths. Eyelash extensions are offered in classic, hybrid and volume full sets.

Hygiene is a large part of the listing. Each customer gets a single-use pedicure kit with a pumice sponge, nail file and buffer, and every pedicure uses liners and sanitizing tablets. Metal tools are sterilized in disposable pouches in sanitizing machines. Other tools and pedicure jets are soaked in Marvicide, which the salon describes as hospital-grade. Professional cleaners come in overnight on a regular schedule in addition to daily cleaning, and an outside company does a monthly deep clean. The salon states that customer satisfaction is its mission. Mistakes are corrected free of charge within three days of a service, and the salon guarantees its workmanship. Services are not refundable. Clients earn points on every visit and receive 10% off once they reach 200 points.
