Lightening services run from a light touch at the hairline up to a fully customized blonde covering the whole head. Partial looks concentrate on the crown and the pieces framing the face, while a bolder version adds a strong frame around the face with little extra dimension. For a soft, sun-kissed effect with depth, ultra-fine babylights are an option. Other services include covering gray, dimensional and caramel tones, toner and gloss, and fashion colors in red, copper, pink, blue, green and purple. Corrective work starts with a consultation, because the cost is set by factors such as earlier color treatments, any at-home box dye, removers used, how dense the hair is, the look wanted, how many sessions it will take and the condition of the hair.

Extensions are offered as tape-in, keratin-bonded strands and sewn wefts, with removal of existing extensions available. A strand test shows whether hair can be lifted or removed, and extension consultations include color matching and a discussion of method and pricing. Weft installs use hair the client purchases separately, in 16, 18, 20 or 22 inch lengths.

Appointments are booked online through the studio's GlossGenius page, and a credit card is required at booking. The deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment, as well as no-shows, may incur a fee of 50 to 100 percent. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are considered late and may be charged a late fee or have the appointment rescheduled or cancelled. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, can be scheduled for delivery, and are final sale.
