The salon combines hair services with a holistic, health-conscious approach. Color is ammonia-free O&M Haircolor, and the smoothing treatment is Saphira, which is infused with minerals. The Loma line, made from organic ingredients, is used for both scalp and strands. Pricing is based on hair length rather than gender, and extra charges may apply for extra thick or long hair, additional colors, or product use. Every service includes a blowout or style, and highlighting services include a gloss, toner or root smudge when needed.
Extension visits begin with a consultation about the desired length, color and amount of hair. A deposit that covers the cost of the hair secures the appointment, and maintenance is charged separately. Extensions are priced per row plus install, and they can last from six months to a year depending on care and lifestyle. The salon gives written care guidance: shampoo only at the scalp, condition from mid-length down, wash no more than three times a week, brush at least twice a day, and use a heat protectant when styling. Low-sulfate or sulfate-free products and mineral sunscreens are recommended, while self-tanner and most sunscreens should be avoided because they can change the color.
Clients can book online through a Glossgenius page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and online for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Haircuts are half off when booked with a chemical service, and clients receive a $20 referral credit for each friend they refer. Gratuity is accepted. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to reschedule without a cancellation fee, and last-minute cancellations carry a fee of 25% of the service price. Clients who arrive sick will be rescheduled, and clients more than 15 minutes late may receive a partial service or be rescheduled.
