The hair services cover silk presses and curls, which include shampoo, conditioner and either thermal straightening or curls, along with cuts, press and curl appointments, relaxers for new growth, and keratin treatments priced at $270 to $300 depending on the service. Color options include accent highlights of up to five foil pans and full highlights for up to 75 foils, where toner is not included. K-tip and I-tip extensions are offered, including extensions applied by the row.

The hair loss side of the business starts with a one-hour consultation in a private setting that includes a scalp analysis and examination. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete intake. Other offerings include nonsurgical hair replacements, IRESTORE hoods, Exosomes treatments, and in-salon low level light therapy sessions of 10, 20 or 30 minutes. Men and women can also book the 30-minute Revive Facial, which includes cleansing, a scrub, an express massage and a moisturizing finish.

The academy offers the Associate Trichologist, Healthy Hair Practitioner and Clinical Trichology Academy courses, priced from $675 to $1,545. The courses must be taken in order, and all three must be completed and passed. Course kits include a scalp scope, hair retention and growth factor kits, an exosome kit, certificates of completion, and grey and white lab coats. The academy page states the courses do not provide AMCA certification. Course deposits and tuition are nonrefundable, though tuition can be moved to another class date within the same year.

The salon is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 5pm, and Saturday from 10am to 2pm. It is closed Thursday and Sunday. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Salon product returns are accepted within 30 days if the product is at least 80% full, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
