Colors are formulated for each client rather than picked from a fixed menu, and cuts are shaped to suit the way each person wears their hair. Clients who are unsure which service fits them can ask for personal guidance by phone or text before booking.

A cut or color client gets a consultation before the service. Extensions and bleach-out services require a separate consultation, which costs $20 and takes 20 minutes. Dry cuts without shampoo are booked for clients who arrive with clean, dry hair. A card must be kept on file for all services. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged half the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full fee. The studio is open Wednesday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Thursday from 12 PM to 4 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Free parking is in a lot behind the building, with metered street parking on South Atlantic if the lot is full.
