The clinic offers individualized treatment plans that can draw on acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine tailored to each patient, bodywork, sound healing, light therapy, and guidance on nutrition and daily habits. Herbal remedies may be prepared as custom blends in granules, tinctures or pills, or as loose raw herbs. According to the clinic, its Doctors of Acupuncture have thousands of hours of training across many acupuncture styles, and the practice says it follows current best practice for disinfection, sterilization and safe operations. Focus areas include pain management, fertility, women's health, dermatology and recovery from orthopedic injuries. Conditions the clinic names include spinal and pelvic pain, TMJ, sciatica, migraines, acne, eczema, digestive complaints, insomnia, anxiety and menopausal symptoms. Acupuncture takes place in private treatment rooms. For most new patients, the first appointment is a 60-minute intake and treatment, roughly 90 minutes in all, and treatment happens at that same visit unless insurance requires preauthorization.

The skin and body side of the practice includes microneedling in a single area or on the full face and neck, several holistic facials, Celluma LED light therapy, lymphatic drainage of the head and neck using Dr. Vodder's method, and Facial Reflexology Dien Chan. Massage and bodywork include deep tissue massage customized to the client, Thai table massage, Thai foot massage, gua sha and cupping. Cupping and gua sha are not offered during pregnancy. Pearl Apothecary botanical skincare, made in small batches at the Providence clinic, is used in some facials and given after sauna sessions.

Infrared sauna sessions take place in a single-person Sunlighten mPulse sauna in a private room, using near, mid and far infrared. Programs include Detox, Weight Loss, Cardio, Anti-Aging, Relaxation and Pain Relief, and sessions can be added before or after massage, acupuncture or facial treatments. Clients are asked to bring a swimsuit or athletic clothing. Classes and workshops, including qi gong, mindfulness and fertility workshops, along with sound baths, are offered to groups and private events such as corporate gatherings and bachelorette parties. The business has run workplace wellness programs off-site at Brown University, RISD and Alex & Ani. Appointments are booked online through the patient portal or by phone. The clinic asks for 24 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules, and charges the full fee to the card on file for late cancellations and no-shows.

Treatment is individualized and aims to address underlying patterns of imbalance rather than only symptoms, drawing on acupuncture, herbs, bodywork, sound and light therapy, and lifestyle guidance.
