The studio focuses on Invisible Bead Extensions installs, move-ups and maintenance. A free consultation, in person or virtual, covers hair history, goals, maintenance preferences and budget. For people considering extensions, the consultation includes a mock install that shows length, fullness and how many rows may be needed. Pricing depends on row count, hair length and density, and a personalized quote follows the consultation. According to the online inquiry form, most clients invest between $1,200 and $2,200 or more for an initial IBE transformation. New install appointments are usually booked six to eight weeks after the consultation, and a waitlist is kept for earlier openings. The total price is shown before any service begins.

Maintenance is $250 for one row and $500 for two rows, with new rates of $275 and $550 scheduled to take effect December 1, 2026. A visit includes complete removal and reinstallation of existing rows, with a trim as needed; color and replacement hair are quoted separately. Maintenance requires clean, dry hair, and anyone switching from another extension method needs a consultation before booking maintenance. A mesh integration service for women with thinning or hair loss, where traditional extensions cannot be placed, is coming soon, and an interest list is open for it.

Color appointments can be booked on their own or paired with extensions. Options cover glosses, root touch-ups, grey coverage, highlights, lowlights, and the studio's Lived-in Color balayage. The Renew, The Refresh and The Revive are bundled color services, and each one comes with a haircut because the studio has no standalone haircut service. Bigger transformations or corrective work may need to be spread across two visits. Cherry financing is offered for eligible services, with interest-free Pay in 4 and monthly payment plans, and some applicants may qualify for 0% APR. Affirm, AfterPay and Klarna can be selected at checkout on request. Changes or cancellations made with under 24 hours' notice may be charged up to $100, a no-show may be charged up to $200, and clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late are asked to rebook. Requests about dissatisfaction with a service need to be made within 7 days of the appointment.

Each install is tailored to color, placement, density, amount of hair and blend, with an intentional, refined method aimed at hair that looks and feels easy to wear.
